The South West London Twins Club is a social and support group run by parents. Members have the opportunity to make contact with other parents and carers of twins and multiples, as well as receive many other benefits.

We welcome new members!

Membership entitles you to the following:

• A quarterly club magazine which includes interesting articles and club information
• Seasonal parties (Christmas, Summer and Autumn)
• Regular tea and coffee gatherings generally hosted by mums of multiples in their own homes
• Evening get togethers/pizza nights for parents and carers
• Access to our Forums where members can share their experiences and get advice from other members
• Access to the club's classified ads section where members can sell, buy or give away all types of items (eg. double buggies, moses baskets, toys, clothes. etc.), and find childcare
• Retail discounts - SWLTC has secured discounts for our members with many local and national retailers

Joining and Annual Membership Fees
All new members are required to pay a one-off joining fee of £20.  This fee is designed to keep the administration of our vast membership as simple as possible, given that the club is run by volunteers who are all twin mums!  In addition to the above, this fee also entitles new members to:

• Receive all the back issues of the club's quarterly magazine printed during the year so far
• Receive a formal invitation to a new members' evening
• Become part of the club's buddy scheme (where a new member is paired with another twin mum)

The SWLTC's membership year runs from 1 March through to February 28 and all members are required to pay an annual membership fee of £20 should they choose to remain a member of the club.  If a new member joins mid-year, they will be required to pay the joining fee only, and will then be asked to pay the annual membership fee at the start of the new membership year (1 March 2010).  The membership fee is used to cover the printing costs and postage of the club's quarterly magazine, the IT costs associated with the website and also to subsidise the various parties the club organizes throughout the year.

Concessions
Joining and membership fees are free of charge for parents or expectant parents of triplets, of double sets of twins, or for parents who are on income support.  The club reserves the right to ask for proof that you fall within one of these categories.

Methods of payment
The easiest way to pay your joining fee is via Paypal, as your membership will be activated immediately.  If you prefer, you can however choose to pay by cheque instead, but it may take the club a few days to process your membership.
